- Are time poor – all our sessions bar one are between 30 and 45 minutes in duration

Geared for Success
The Geared For Success Program uses high intensity resistance training and is for those who want a proven resistance training method whereby:
- Workouts are not more than 45 minutes
- You have the option of two or three training sessions per week
- You will see amazing improvements in your strength
- Experience changes in your health and body shape, no matter what your goal or fitness level is
- Exercise in a group to become part of our community of people who will support you
- Can’t afford one on one personal training but still want a more personalised service and than large group training
Master Your Moves
Master your moves is a custom program tailored to suit a a range of gym goers – from gym newbies to seasoned trainers.
The Master your Moves program is for:
- New gym goers who:
- want to know where to start

- Existing gym goers who:
