The Jump Start Program is for those on a budget who:

  • Enjoy working outdoors in a group
  • Are time poor – all our sessions bar one are between 30 and 45 minutes in duration
  • Want accountability
  • Access to nutrition advice
  • Are after structured sessions to optimize calorie expenditure!
  • After scalable workouts to suit your fitness levels!
  • Exhilarating, fun, safe, result-producing workouts!
  • To be a part of a like minded community of people who will support you
  • When you become a part of our amazing community – you’ll want to exercise with us!
  • Have access to 10 Fat Burning sessions per week!

Geared for Success

The Geared For Success Program uses high intensity resistance training and is for those who want a proven resistance training method whereby:

    • Workouts are not more than 45 minutes
    • You have the option of two or three training sessions per week
    • You will see amazing improvements in your strength
    • Experience changes in your health and body shape, no matter what your goal or fitness level is
    • Exercise in a group to become part of our community of people who will support you
    • Can’t afford one on one personal training but still want a more personalised service and than large group training

Master Your Moves

Master your moves is a custom program tailored to suit a a range of gym goers – from gym newbies to seasoned trainers.

The Master your Moves program is for:

  • New gym goers who:
    • want to know where to start
    • Want to learn how to exercise on their own
    • Want to get it right the first time to prevent delays in their progress
  • Existing gym goers who:
    • are not seeing results
    • experiencing discomfort when performing certain moves and would like supervision
    • feel they need to shake up their existing training and would like some direction
